This Showcase Event is an opportunity for our business community and stakeholders to come together and celebrate the rich diversity of creative, passionate and skilled business people who are the backbone of the Kentish & Latrobe communities.  

Featuring two of our local businesses driven by the desire to engage with their communities providing a high-quality product. Huon Aquaculture is a progressive leader in the Tasmanian Salmon industry whose focus is firmly fixed on innovation, R & D initiatives and sustainability.

Eastford Creek has quickly built up a reputation as one of the best Vineyard experiences in the North West region, be inspired, and listen to the story of their journey so far, and their goals for the future.

Enjoy the delicious menu created by Eastford Creek’s team showcasing the various salmon products from Huon Aquaculture, vegetarian and non-seafood canapés are also featured.  Taste the incredible range of Eastford Creek wines crafted by award winning winemaker and wine judge Andrew Gaman.
