Since 1991 Positive Solutions has been providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Counselling and Mediation services to individuals, families and workplaces across Tasmania.
 
We pride ourselves on being a Tasmanian not for profit organisation and supporting Tasmanian businesses and organisations in being able to promote positive wellbeing through our EAP services. An EAP provides benefits to the worker, their family and also the workplace.

Positive Solutions:

• Provides EAP services statewide, via face to face, phone or online.

• Has a fee structure which can be on a fee for service basis to contracted rates.

• Does not require a formal agreement for you to access support for your staff.

• Can provide workplace mediation, facilitation and serious incident stress management.

• Is able to tailor training for the organisation on a diverse range of topics such as workplace stress or bullying.
